Orhan Genceli is known especially for his experiences in opening and re-structuring with his domestic and international experience. Mr. Genceli is graduated from tourism hotel management high school and postgraduate from Florida International University.
He started his career at Hilton Hotel in 1984, than has been worked in various management positions at Hyatt Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Miami, Cevahir Hotels and Dedeman Bulgaria Hotels, Radison Blu Leogrand Moldova, than assistant general manager at after than Silence İstanbul Hotel Convention Center. He was also general manager in charge of operations at Halic Congress Center and the opening general manager of Qalaaltı Hotel & Spa Medical Center in Azerbaijan, finally at Wyndham Istanbul Airport Hotel as a general manager.

During his execution, he gained many hotel openings, rebranding, restructuring and cruise ships experiences.

Additionally, he also worked for opening and investment consultant a hotel in Ghana. He has consulted many Restaurant investments, and has provided consultancy for many chain restaurant groups on the formation of institutional infrastructure. There is a Restaurant brand that he developed all his concept and developed himself.

Genceli is a board member of TUROYD (Tourism Hotel Managers Association) and responsible for Training Projects and Business Development.

He also writes columns in various sectoral publications and portals and is a member of TUYED (Tourism Writers Association).
