Faruk Erdurcan is a senior business leader and human resources professional with over 25 years of hands-on international experience across hospitality, retail, and corporate management. He has built his career not merely around job descriptions, but around a mindset that views every project as both an opportunity and a strategic challenge.

Throughout his career, Mr. Erdurcan has held key leadership roles within some of Turkey’s most prominent groups as well as international operations. His professional background includes Goldaş / Yalınkaya Holding, Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International, Demirören Holding, The Marmara Collection, Dorak Holding, and VIA Properties, spanning multiple sectors and organizational cultures.

On the international stage, he served as General Manager at CID Vascular SpA in Italy, and later played a pivotal role in the opening and operational management of ViaSea Theme Park, Aquarium, and Family Entertainment Center, as well as Via Properties’ assets in New York City, USA.

With deep expertise in human resources management, operational leadership, and organizational development, Mr. Erdurcan has actively contributed to hotel, shopping mall, restaurant, and entertainment venue openings in Turkey, Bulgaria, and the United States, working with both local and global brands. In these projects, his focus extended beyond processes—strengthening team dynamics, ensuring cultural alignment, and driving operational excellence.

Today, as Human Resources Director at GNC Hospitality Consulting, Faruk Erdurcan continues to bring a strategic, people-centric leadership approach to the industry, supporting organizations and professionals through transformation, growth, and sustainable performance.
