Mehmet Ağıllı has been serving as General Manager at the Wyndham Garden Chorvoq / Uzbekistan Hotel, one of the GNC Hospitality projects, as of August 2025.

Ağıllı began his professional career in 1989 at the Dedeman Antalya Hotel. He worked for many years within Dedeman Hotels & Resorts and in international organizations, taking on active responsibility in the opening, establishment, and operation of numerous hotels. During this time, he was involved in important projects in various regions, primarily in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Moldova, Syria, and Iraq.

After retiring from his position as Director at the Dedeman Group, Mehmet Ağıllı continued his career in consulting and senior management roles with international and local chain brands. In this capacity, he has provided strategic and operational consulting services to global brands such as InterContinental, Holiday Inn, Radisson Blu, Hilton, and Golden Tulip, as well as various local hotels.

In addition to these roles, Mehmet Ağıllı worked for approximately three years as Project Director in Tehran for GNC Hospitality Consulting, providing brand development and investment consulting services for hotel projects owned by Iran Mahan Air. During this period, he successfully managed projects covering brand positioning, concept development, investment feasibility, technical coordination, and operational readiness, delivering sustainable, investment-focused solutions in line with international standards.

The Wyndham Garden Chorvoq, which he managed as General Manager, is a distinguished hotel located in the Charvoq region near Tashkent, offering resort-style services. The facility has a total capacity of 131 rooms, including 4 luxury rooms, 3 family rooms, and 6 superior rooms.
