Şahin Hüseyin Hüsnü is a senior executive with more than 35 years of international leadership experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, integrated facility management, investment development, and corporate operations. Throughout his career, he has held CEO and executive leadership positions across Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, successfully managing international hotel brands, Class-A commercial properties, mixed-use developments, large-scale residential communities, and prestigious corporate facilities. He is widely recognized for driving operational excellence, financial performance, organizational transformation, and sustainable business growth.

Mr. Hüsnü began his professional career within the international luxury hospitality industry, serving in management positions with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, including Swissôtel, Conrad Hilton, InterContinental, Sheraton, and Dedeman Hotels. During this period, he built a strong executive foundation in guest experience management, food and beverage operations, revenue optimization, financial control, and operational excellence—experience that later became the cornerstone of his executive leadership career.

Since 2003, Mr. Hüsnü has focused primarily on Central Asia, where he has established himself as one of the region’s respected executives in commercial real estate and integrated facility management. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed premium business centers, diplomatic compounds, mixed-use developments, and large residential communities by implementing best practices in operational efficiency, corporate governance, financial discipline, and enterprise risk management.

While serving as the Executive Director of KASKAD Business Center in Kazakhstan, he successfully attracted international embassies, multinational energy corporations, and global corporate tenants, enabling the property to achieve 100% occupancy within a short period. Even during periods of economic uncertainty, he maintained exceptional tenant retention, financial stability, and operational performance, creating a management model recognized as a benchmark within the industry.

More recently, Mr. Hüsnü led the operational transformation of the Agrobank Headquarters in Uzbekistan, where he provided executive consulting on digital transformation, process optimization, cost management, outsourcing strategies, and the implementation of performance-driven corporate management systems. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Terras Restaurant in Astana, Kazakhstan, overseeing the company’s strategic growth, corporate restructuring, operational excellence, and long-term business development initiatives.

Mr. Hüseyin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Anadolu University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He has also completed executive education programs at Cornell University Executive Education, including the General Manager Program, Revenue Management, Strategic Hotel Pricing, and Demand Management, further strengthening his expertise in executive leadership and hospitality business performance.
