Oğuz ISIGÖLLÜ has more than 25 years of experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail and Service sectors in senior management and General Manager positions. He graduated from Kabataş High School for Boys, Bilkent University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management and Bahçeşehir University, Master of Business Administration program. He specializes in the investment processes, openings and management of luxury hotels and large mixed projects.

In 1993, he started his career as a management trainee at Çırağan Palace Kempinski, and in 1995, he continued at the same hotel and stepped into the hotel management sector. During his career, he served as General Manager and Director in important projects such as Çırağan Palace Kempinski, Sodexo, Ramada Plaza, Dedeman, Viaport, Wome Deluxe Hotel, Rox Hotel, Steigenberger, Venezia, Vialand and Grand Sapphire Resort. He took part in the opening processes of many hotels as General Manager. His first hotel opening experience was at Ramada Plaza. He worked for Dedeman Group for many years and led the hotel openings in Turkey and abroad. During this period, he opened hotels in Uzbekistan (Tashkent), Moldova (Chisinau), Bulgaria (Sofia and Plovdiv) and Syria (Damascus, Aleppo and Palymyra) as well as Dedeman hotels in Konya, Antakya, Gaziantep, Şile, Büyükçekmece, Palandöken, Şanlıurfa, Bodrum, Erciyes and Denizli in Turkey.

In his post-Dedeman hotel management career, as General Manager, he undertook the opening and management processes of prestigious hotels such as Rox Hotel, Steigenberger Hotel, Wome Deluxe Hotel and Grand Sapphire Resort. He also served as General Manager and Management Director at Viaport, Venezia Mega and Vialand, Turkey's leading mixed-use projects and shopping centers.

In addition to his professional career, Oğuz ISIGÖLLÜ has taught hotel management courses as a part-time lecturer at Istanbul Aydın University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. He also makes significant contributions to the sector by providing consultancy services in investment, audit, training and management.
